Honey Detox
The honey detox massage first appeared in ancient Tibet. The unique ability of honey to absorb toxins
and to quickly extract them through the skin was perfectly known to the Tibetan healers. Honey detox
is usually performed as an individual massage procedure on the client's back. Honey detox is an
amazing rejuvenating therapy that also helps to cleanse your body from the toxic cellular waste
products. Through the vacuum produced by the therapist's palms, honey detox helps release rigid soft
tissue, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.
When used as a general procedure, honey detox improves the skin, cleanses the pores, leaving the
skin more elastic and silky. Only organic, high-quality, pure honey with active ingredients is used. A
series of honey detox massages is recommended.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy in used in traditional Chinese medicine. The results that this simple treatment
produce are impressive. Through suction and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid
soft tissue; drain excess fluids and toxins; loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue; and bring blood
flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Gua Sha
Blockage release. Gua Sha (pronounced "gwa shaw,") is an East Asian healing technique. Gua
means to scrape or rub. Sha is a 'reddish, elevated, millet-like skin rash' (aka petechiae). Sha is the
term used to describe Blood stasis in the subcutaneous tissue before and after it is raised as
petechiae. Gua Sha is a technique that intentionally raises Sha rash or petechiae. In addition to
resolving musculo skeletal pain, Gua Sha is used to prevent common cold, flu, bronchitis, asthma, as
well as any chronic disorder involving pain, congestion of Qi and Blood.
