Himalayan Crystal Salt Pain Relief Therapeutic Pillows
  • Pain and Stress Relief
  • Cold or Hot Therapy
  • Muscle and Joint Pain
  • Inflammation and Swelling

Himalayan Crystal Salt can absorb and hold
heat and cold quite well, thus it is ideal for
providing natural hot/cold pain relief.
To Use:
Heat in the oven at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes or keep in the freezer and use as needed. Apply hot
therapy treatment to soothe muscles and joint pain. It is also beneficial in reducing bruising by helping
break down bruising discolorations. Use cold therapy to reduce pain brought on by injuries and
over-use. Cold therapy is also recommended as an anti-inflammatory treatment for painful swelling.
